DBaM Attendee Terms and Conditions

Reservation Process:

  • DBaM Attendees are required to reserve their spot for the conference by providing credit card information during the registration process.
  • Reservation of a spot is free of charge and does not require payment.
  • Payment will only be incurred in the event of a “no-show’.

No-Show Policy:

  • DBaM Attendees who fail to cancel their reservation in writing at least two weeks (14 days) prior to the conference start date will be considered as "no-shows."
  • In the event of a no-show, the credit card provided during the reservation process will be charged a fee of $200.
  • The $200 charge is intended to cover administrative costs and direct losses incurred due to the no-show.
Cancellation Process:
  • To cancel a reservation and avoid the no-show fee, DBaM attendees must provide written notice of cancellation (with reply) at least two weeks (14 days) prior to the conference start date.
  • Cancellation requests should be sent to the conference organizer via email.
  • DBaM Attendees who cancel their reservation in accordance with the cancellation policy will not incur any charges.
  • Refunds will not be issued for the $200 no-show fee.
  • By providing credit card information to reserve their spot, DBaM attendees authorize the conference organizers to charge the $200 no-show fee to their credit card in the event of non-cancellation as outlined in this policy.
  • Exceptions to the no-show fee may be considered by the conference organizers in extenuating circumstances, such as documented emergencies or unavoidable conflicts.
  • Any requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

This 3-day event for DRIPBaR franchisees will be equal parts information and fun, with a twist of razzle-dazzle! 

At this conference, you will get to meet each other, meet your corporate team, and meet your vendors, all while learning strategies to help make your DRIPBaRs the best they can be. (And did we mention we will have fun while doing it?)

A Reminder: This event is for owners and area representatives only. If you are planning on bringing someone who does not fall into that category, there is a $500 fee for them to attend, and due to space considerations, we cannot guarantee they will be able to attend all events.
